Team Development Programs

Our core "team development" program covers a 2 or 3 day voyage and includes food and overnight accommodation. Designed for Corporate, Local authority (eg. Fire, Police, Ambulance) or Military attendees. The team is fully briefed and assumes responsibility for the tasks involved in sailing the boat under the supervision of the skipper, first mate and crew. The team is asked to review the trip (and each other) on completion of the voyage. Team development programs can be adapted by the client as required.
